Joy In A Box is a set of amazing affirmation cards neatly presented in a credit card size case. There are ten cards in each box which include sixteen different affirmations and images to aid people of all ages become more positive and filled with Joy and Happiness!

Be Inspired have created a special edition of Joy In A Box for Children and a more grown up set, Joy In A Box Positive Affirmations.
Affirmations are simple statements that we say to ourselves to help us change our beliefs about ourselves or situations, by repeating these statements about 20 times a day we have the ability to change our thoughts held within the subconscious mind, each card is best repeated for approximately 30 days or until you feel your desired results.
Try the mirror technique! Look into your eyes and repeat the affirmation with loads of energy. Looking into your eyes deeply helps you connect, with your subconscious.
